Samson Flow Quality Control Procedure
All raw materials before warehousing shall be tested, and the corresponding physical property report shall be issued, and compared with the physical property report of raw materials. Only when the test values of the two physical property reports are consistent, can they be warehoused.

1.Design Control
Examine Drawings,check if the design is reasonable;does structure, material selection meets the relevant standards.
2.Machining Routing Control

Machining Routing Prepare,making Bill of Material,Process Flow Diagram,and Inspection Standards.

Machining Routing Design,Examine Process Flow Diagram and Submit to the purchase department confirm.
3.Raw material and Parts Control

Purchase department formulates procurement plans and lists base on Bill of Material, and selects qualified suppliers.

Before warehouse entry,Inspector shall check the coming raw material,and do the first inspection for raw material mill certificate.

Make sure Warehouse can meets material storage condition,make Marks and set up Files

Review of Material and Parts, including dimension, visual appearance, marking and quantity examination,and provided if all meets specified acceptance criteria

Material Marks transplantation and mutual inspection confirmation.
4.Inspect and Test Control

Prepare inspection documents,inspection procedures, sample standards, and inspection records.

Visual examination to ensure each casting is clean, dry and smooth surface.

Dimension inspection

Chemical composition inspection

Mechanical properties inspection

Pressure Test,Shell Test,Backseat Test,Hydrostatic Test to ensure leak tightness.

Closure Test,open and close three times to ensure that the valve can functioning properly

If there is one sample failed in the inspection, inspector shall report to design department and learn a lesson from this failure.

Before packed, inspector shall check if each valve has been with nameplate or tag, if the nameplate is marked in accordance with order specification. Valve inner passage shall be clean. Valve body ends shall be covered with close fitting protectors (e.g. plastic caps) to protect the machined parts. Valves shall be delivered in the close position. Prior to be packed in the box, valves shall be put in plastic bag or twined with film to protect ingress of dirt and moisture. Valves shall be packed in plywood case or wooden case. After packing, inspector shall check and make sure the packed valve quantity is in line with packing list, and each valve has been secured well

Manufacturing equipment maintenance and Testing equipment regular verified

Establishing accounts and files for maintenance records.
