What are the methods of pipeline repair technology?

1) Cleaning and derusting: use compressed air to push the linear sliding brush or foam polyurethane pellet ingot block to remove the rust and scale on the pipe wall. The number of sliding blocks running in the pipe depends on the rust and scale on the pipe wall.

2) Water washing and drying: in order to remove the residues in the pipe, water washing shall be carried out after cleaning and derusting. The water is installed between the two soft sliders. The sliders slide along the inner wall of the pipe on one side, and the residues (rust, scale, etc.) are removed by spraying water on the other side. Then, they are dried.

3) Determine the amount of coating: use the ultrasonic thickness measurement to measure the wall thickness of the pipe, use the umbrella slider to measure the length of the pipe through the pipe, so as to determine the amount of coating.

4) Coating in the pipe: press the coating prepared according to a certain proportion into the pipe, at the same time, use air to press in the coating slider at both ends of the pipe, and walk back and forth in the pipe until the coating is even on the pipe wall.

5) After coating inspection and coating curing, the coating inspection shall be carried out. The inspection items are as follows: use optical fiber or camera to check whether the coating in the pipe is uniform; use electromagnetic film thickness meter to measure whether the coating reaches the standard thickness; use umbrella slider to drive high-pressure pinhole meter to detect the pinhole of the coating.

The coating used in this process is vinyl ester resin. This kind of resin is superior to the traditional room temperature curing epoxy resin in acid resistance, alkali resistance, drug resistance and mechanical strength. In addition, the resin also has the following properties: combining with the time required for repair work, the curing time can be freely selected. It can also be cured under 5 . Even if the coating layer is very thin, it does not deform, has good creep and good adhesion.

(3) The hose coating method is applicable to the pipe diameter of 20-1000mm and the length of 100-200m (up to 3000m)

The pipeline. This method mainly uses air pressure to insert the hose into the steel pipe to be repaired, and uses thermosetting adhesive to stick the hose on the inner surface of the repair pipe.

The hose is generally made of non-woven fabric and coated with elastic film. There are two kinds of thermosetting adhesives: one is epoxy resin, the other is unsaturated polyester. In addition, it should be noted that the hose and adhesive should be selected and graded according to the use and use conditions.
