How to dredge the pipeline?

A: pipeline dredging is carried out by high-pressure strong water jet cleaning technology. This method can achieve the goal that traditional methods such as chemistry and machinery can not achieve. It can remove all kinds of scale and blockage, and has the characteristics of thorough cleaning, no corrosion, no damage, no pollution, short construction period and fast speed. It is an ideal cleaning technology for cleaning ultra long pipelines, ground and underground pipelines, and widely applied to cleaning projects in chemical, petroleum, electric power, metallurgy, textile, printing and dyeing, food, transportation and municipal industries.

(1) Working principle high pressure strong water jet cleaning technology takes water as the medium, pressurizes the water to 138mpa (1406kg / cm) through special equipment, forms strong water jet, and is equipped with various advanced special cleaning machines and tools to quickly cut, break, extrude and wash the blockage and scale inside the cleaned pipeline, so as to achieve the purpose of cleaning and dredging. Because the gun tube used in this technology is flexible and bendable, it can also clean the bended pipe, which brings great convenience to the field construction.

(2) The high-pressure water jet cleaning device is mainly composed of a plunger pump, a high-pressure gun barrel and a high-pressure nozzle.

The high-pressure plunger pump driven by the motor or diesel engine through the conveyor belt or reducer makes the output liquid (water) generate very high pressure and spray out through the high-pressure gun barrel and high-pressure nozzle. Its spray force is enough to remove scale, rust scar, etc. The pressure and flow can be adjusted according to the actual situation on site.

The high-pressure barrel is rigid and flexible. Rigid barrel can be used for cleaning straight pipes, while flexible barrel can be used for cleaning bent pipes. According to the length and demand of the barrel, the length of the pipeline can reach 30-40mm.

The high pressure nozzle is made of hard stainless steel. Due to the cleaning of pipes with different diameters, the high-pressure nozzle is made into dozens of different specifications with a diameter of more than 10 mm, which can be selected as needed. There are many pairs of holes in different directions on the nozzle. When the nozzle is pressurized, spray forward, sideways and sideways. High pressure water jet can cut, break and wash away the blockage and scale in the pipeline. The high-pressure water jet in the side backward direction can continuously clean the cut and broken blockage and scale out of the pipe, and its reaction force can also make the high-pressure cleaning gun body move forward.

(3) Cleaning construction

1) Understand the diameter, scaling medium and corrosion of the cleaned and dredged pipes, and whether the pipes are true or curved.

2) According to the site conditions, the cleaning and dredging scheme is formulated, the appropriate cleaning and dredging pressure is selected, the nozzle specification and the corresponding high-pressure gun barrel are selected.

3) Wear special work clothes, protective caps and other protective equipment.

4) Connect the water source and power supply, and adjust the required pressure and flow.

5) Start to work, continuously clean and dredge from outside to inside until it is completely cleared and dredged.
