How to clean the water supply pipeline?

Hard sediment can be removed by mechanical pipe method. Put the pipe device in the water supply pipe, connect the two ends with steel wire rope to the striated car, drag back and forth, and scrape and brush the scale on the pipe wall. The pipe should be carried out in sections, and the length of each section is generally 100 ~ 400m. The moving speed of the scraper shall be less than 8m / min to prevent the scraper from being damaged or stuck by rust, wood block and other sundries. After the scale is removed, wash it with water. For the underground water supply pipe with a diameter of 100 ~ 200mm, the hydraulic pipe can be used for descaling, with a working pressure of 0.4MPa, a pipe speed of 1 ~ 1.3m/min and a single pipe length of 100 ~ 150m. The hammer type electric pipe scraper can be used for the large-diameter water supply pipe, which can automatically walk in the pipe for descaling, with the power of 5 ~ 10kW, chain hammer speed of 1500 ~ 600r / min, pipe speed of 1.3 ~ 1.6m/min and single pass pipe length of 100 ~ 150m.

Carbonate, rust and other crud can also be removed by acid washing method, which is to put a certain concentration of hydrochloric acid or sulfuric acid solution into the water inlet pipe, soak it for 14 ~ 18h, make the crud dissolved, then release it, and then wash it with water until the water does not contain dissolved sediment and acid. As acid solution can not only dissolve the scale, but also erode the pipe wall, so when adding acid, inhibitor should be added at the same time to protect the pipe wall from acid erosion. The disadvantage of this method is that after pickling, although the inner wall of the water pipe becomes bright and clean, if the water quality is corrosive, the corrosion may be faster in the future.

After the scale on the pipe wall is removed, the inner lining of the pipe shall be coated with protective coating to maintain the water delivery capacity and extend the service life of the pipe.

What are the ground operations during the inspection and maintenance of drainage pipes?

Answer: there are two aspects of ground operation during inspection and maintenance of drainage pipeline:

(1) After the manhole cover is opened on the operation site, the safety net cover or guardrail must be covered immediately. The triangle red flag shall be hung in the daytime and the red light shall be added at night. Open fire is strictly prohibited at the operation site; vehicles are not allowed to enter the operation area. After getting the consent of the public security department to cut off the traffic, safety signs shall be set up in two sections of the road section. When working in busy areas, special personnel shall be assigned to maintain the order of the site.

(2) When inspecting, dredging and repairing pipelines, it is advisable to use reflectors, TV detectors and other tools.

Where the depth of the well is not more than 3m, it is not suitable to go into the well when pulling steel wire rope through bamboo pieces and digging sludge.

When the pipe section needs to be closed for maintenance, rubber gas plug and other tools should be used.
